In this moment of time you are being asked whether to engage in the synthetic world, synthetic fibres, synthetic foods, synthetic reality eg. Replace unwanted thoughts with positive thoughts anything that brings you joy, the freedom of a bird to fly, flowers with aromatic fragrance, travelling to a destination you'd love to visit, being surrounded by tall trees/ nature or even a big hug from a child.
You have the power in every moment to change the direction of what you create.
