It's a full time job avoiding the dramas that are trumpeted to us via media, eg. War in this location, poverty, lack of housing, immigration.
Let's face it we all make a judgement whether it's in our head or speaking with others and based on that our comprehension of the situated can be limited.
First off, all information has an affect on us, just hearing it will create an imprint in our bio-field.
Listen to others opinions can cause us to generalize, label and come to a point of you.
