TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY:

E=VS Pty Ltd (Eequalsvs) is an educational service to individual users that
allow users to study in a live workshop program or through online webinars
and training resource. E=VS website is hosted in NSW, Australia.

The Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding
terms for your use of the E=VS Pty Ltd Services. By using the E=VS Services,
you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which
means you simply browse the E=VS website) or you are a "Member" (that
means you have registered with E=VS) through the Aweber (a third-party)
opt-in marketing platform. All members can opt-out of Aweber at any time. All
information personal information provided by the user will not be shared with
any 3rd party, all information is held securely and confidently.

Refund Policy: All refunds on workshops are fully refundable 7 days prior to
the commencement of the workshop or credited on request of the purchaser
toward another workshop. Cancellations within the 7 days of the workshop
will incur a cancellation fee of $150. When the "User" purchases and
downloads an audio or ebook through the E=VS website, then the "User" is
deemed to agree to the purchase, and no refund can apply. If there is a fault
with the download, then E=VS will supply another link to the customer within
48 hours.

Security Policy: Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment
card details. We need your credit or debit card information (card number,
expiry date, billing address, postcode, name on card and CSV number) to
process your payments. All such information will only be transmitted using
secure servers. We will not use this information for any purpose other than to
process your payments. Your CSV number will not be stored once the payment
has been successful. CREDIT CARD details are not stored anywhere in our
database at any time but are transmitted from our website to your
chosen payment method with SSL encryption.
